Right away I felt confident in Jesse and his team. Jesse had so many ideas and different techniques to try to ease my injury and strengthen, along with stretch, my back. These techniques quickly payed off increasing my range of motion and ability to do the activities I need and want to do.
I’ve always been physically active including working outside for much of my life. As I’ve gotten older, I find I can’t do as much without discomfort but I don’t want to let that stop me.
