Neck and Shoulder Pain Relief

If you are having headaches, weakness or loss of range of motion that’s preventing you from driving, sleeping or being able to perform your everyday activities and this pain is making you feel helpless or depressed you must continue reading.

Here are some tips that can help make you better fast.

A lot of the conventional treatments such as Tylenol, ibuprofen and steroid injections help in managing the day-to-day symptoms of pain, but do not actually address or resolve the source of the problem.

This problem requires releasing tension and pressure from the muscles of the shoulder or neck, and then strengthening those muscles to facilitate proper movement and function.

And if you ignore it

You could speed up the formation of arthritis, require injections or potentially require surgery.  These methods do not always work, and typically have a much longer recovery time.

If you are serious about getting better and want to be able to drive, sleep and perform you everyday activities again read below…

One quick tip for you to do on your own at home is use a tennis ball against the wall to release tension in the muscles between your shoulders that are contributing to you condition, and creating pain and discomfort. I’ll show you how you can learn it below.

In the meantime…

Follow these instructions now to get a jump start on faster healing.

  1. Things you should NOT do for the next two weeks: sleep on your stomach, look at your phone under your chin by hunching your shoulders, or use a very firm or high pillow.
  2. Be wary of pain that keeps getting worse rather than better. If your pain is connected with numbness, weakness or persistent pins and needles in your arm seek treatment NOW by calling the number below.

Just so you know, I’m not just someone spewing advice, my name is Garrett and I am an expert on cervical spine issues…

I have had severe neck and shoulder pain from a car accident.  Some of the techniques I’m going to show you I used to eliminate my pain.

The reason why I’m shedding light onto this problem is because I know there are many, many people who have experienced some sort of neck or shoulder pain in their life, myself included.  Oftentimes the pain becomes relentless, unbearable and no longer responds to the effects of medication.  I am often told by patients that they have been experiencing nagging pain for months or longer and have had no luck finding a source of relief.  Typically, the pain has worsened over time, and they have not been given the proper information to treat their condition.  I do not want to see anyone’s pain worsen or their overall health deteriorate due to a very treatable condition.  With a little instruction, I am confident that you can be on your way to recovery and back to enjoying your life with pain-free movement.

Some of the most common causes of this problem are:

  • Poor posture
  • Muscle strain
  • Trauma

Here’s what one of my patients had to say:

“Excellent!  When I started I was in a lot of pain and could not function.  After therapy I was able to function and had no pain.” Christie

If you are serious about wanting to get better quickly, sign-up for my workshop.

This is where you will learn:

  1. How to do the amazing tennis ball trick on your own from home.
  2. The #1 thing you need to know about getting back to normal
  3. The treatments you need to avoid like the plague.
  4. The 3 step fastest methods to getting better fast.
