Siskiyou PT is offering a new and exciting class to our valued previous and current patients. The class is being taught by Jaime Ball one of our newest additions to our team.
The class is Vinyasa Yoga which means “breath-synchronized movement,” and Vinyasa yoga is an energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. Like all styles of yoga, Vinyasa has both mental and physical benefits. Physically, sweat expels toxins and re-energizes your body. Mentally, the synchronized breathing relaxes your mind and helps to release any blockage of energy flow throughout your body.
This class will be 45 min long and will consist of a short breathing meditation, warm up and cool down, and ending with relaxation; Beginners and all levels welcome. Tuesday’s at 5:45 and Fridays at 12:30. The class is on a donation basis of $5-10 and please call or stop by to sign up as we are trying to keep the class sizes to a small and comfortable setting.
